There is a green alternative to almost any product imaginable. But green guitars? A group of guitar manufacturers are working together to harvest tone wood sustainably and responsibly. Taylor Guitars is doing that and much more. Adam takes a tour of their factory to see what they're doing.

What about bikes? Of course bikes are a great way to reduce fuel consumption, save energy, get exercise and enjoy the great outdoors. But Brendan visits a bike maker in Santa Cruz, CA who has taken sustainability a step further. He makes his bikes from bamboo instead of aluminum, titanium or other metals. It's a great way to use a renewable resource to make a zero energy form of transportation even more eco-friendly!

Then, millions of beautiful Orchids and Poinsettias! It's Rocket Farms in Salinas California, one of the largest flower growers in the country. But in addition to growing many varieties organically, they run a very sustainable operation. What does that mean? Jalena pays them a visit to find out and walk among the beautiful flowers.

Did someone say food? We decided to find out what some local restaurants are doing to be sustainable. Jessica and Brendan got the assignment and found a Pizza restaurant that runs their ovens on solar power, an organic hot dog stand that that uses 100% compostable packaging, and an new upscale restaurant that was built sustainably from the ground up. Eco Company really likes these food assignments!
