The Bodega Bay Marine Laboratory studies ocean acidification and the effects on marine life. Some of those effects are being felt right now at Hog Island Oyster Company just a short drive down the road from the lab. They are working together to study the oysters and learn what can be done. Riley paid them a visit to find out more and enjoyed some juicy oysters while she was there!!

There's been a lot of talk about eco-friendly cars, like hybrids and all-electric, and the need for new sources of energy and fuels to replace fossil fuels. It kind of makes you wonder what the car of the future will really be like. Well, the future is NOW! Eco Company visits a Hydrogen Fuel Cell research project that is the partnership of a number of major automobile manufacturers and the California government. After fifteen years in the making the cars are a reality and we'll be seeing them on our roads very soon. Adam went for a test drive and filed this report.

It's one thing to grow your business and produce a good product. But when you do that and restore habitats, improve the lives of farmers and turn around an environment, that's something worth noting. It's a family coffee business and Riley went to visit to see what they're all about.
