This episode is all about building green! We start one of the most unlikely buildings, an NFL stadium! Levi's Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers, was awarded LEED Gold Certification when it opened in 2014. So we thought we should check it out. Miles goes behind the scenes...and up on the living roof...to get all the details.

Then two universities, just down the road from one other, are chosen to participate in another kind of competition. It's the Solar Decathlon, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy. 20 schools are selected to design, build and operate solar powered houses that are cost-effective, energy efficient and attractive. Vincent and Jaden get to know the students at California State University Sacramento and University of California Davis as they build their homes. They learn what drives their very different concepts.

Finally Eco Company travels to Irvine, California, the site of the Solar Decathlon competition. Both Sacramento State and UC Davis got their houses built on time and transported to the site of the competition...and you will be very surprised to see the finished homes. We get a tour to see how their concepts turned into reality.
