At Goodwin Technical High School students are being prepared for green jobs! They're getting valuable experience by constructing a green building from the ground up including solar panels that provide the electrical power!
Eco Company visits San Francisco's Garden for the Environment to learn about the Urban Youth Sprouts program. In this program teens find out what growing food sustainably is all about. They grow vegetables, learn about food systems, and how to live a healthier lifestyle.
Over 70% of the Earth is covered with water and sunlight is abundant! Eco Company found a high school invention team with an idea to combine the two to create a new kind of renewal power! They got a grant the Lemelson-MIT Foundation to build a prototype.
